Scott C. Marks has practiced law since 1982, concentrating his practice in Family Law. He serves as a mediator, mediation coach, conciliator and collaborative attorney. Attorney Marks serves on the mediation panels of North Shore Community Mediation, Inc. and is a co-founder of CoMediation Associates.

He is a member of the American, Massachusetts, and Essex County Bar Associations and holds a seat on the executive board of the Salem Bar Association.
